SHIPPING WILDFLOWER FRAMED, SLATE, AND RESIN PENDANT ARTWORK
Due to the delicate, one-of-a-kind nature of my artwork, I ship my framed and slate artwork via USPS Priority Mail only. This method ensures proper handling and timely delivery (normally 1-3 business days). Additionally, a tracking number and package insurance (up to $100) are provided at no additional cost.
I ship my resin pendants USPS First Class Mail (delivery 4-7 days with tracking) unless they are included in an order with framed and/or slate artwork, then they will ship USPS Priority Mail in the same box with the framed and/or slate artwork, unless otherwise specified by the customer to ship the pendant(s) separately.
SHIPPING PRINTED WILDFLOWER GARDEN MERCHANDISE (T-shirts, tote bags, mugs, etc.)
All printed wildflower garden merchandise is shipped directly from the printing vendor to the shipping address you have entered when placing the order. Each merchandise item description has an estimated shipment timeframe, so please review this information when placing the order.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Please note that I do not accept returns or exchanges for my wildflower framed and slate artwork, and resin pendants. All sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your order during the shipment process, please contact me at [email protected] and I'd be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

For any misprinted/damaged/defective items please email me within 30 days after the printed garden merchandise has been received and I will assist with requesting a refund or exchange from the printing vendor.
For any packages lost in transit, please report it no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date, by messaging me at the email address above and I will assist with helping you in the next steps to find your package.
Returns/Exchanges for buyer's remorse or size exchanges will not be granted.
WILDFLOWER FRAMED ARTWORK PRODUCT INFORMATION
Please note that my genuine wildflower framed artwork pieces are designed with my own dried and/or pressed flowers that are picked fresh from my garden. However, due to the natural drying process the blooms can slightly change color over time, such as bright red can darken to burgandy, or certain blues can become more purple in tone. If you have an artwork piece that you are interested in buying and would like for me to send you a picture of it in its current state, then please contact me at [email protected] and I'd be happy to email you a current picture of it before you decide to purchase.
